When you cannot connect your cores or do not have any available programs even though your license should enable you to perform trainings, there are some possible causes:

  1. Poor internet connection. The app needs a permanent and stable internet connection to continuously refresh your license status. If, at any point, no connection is present, your license will vanish.
  2. Localization not enabled or impossible. Same as above. 
  3. Wrong location. Your license is only valid at and around the location stated in your license details. Leaving this location will therefore prohibit you to use your license.
