New Points Plan

Using the app version 1.8.3 and above, we have changed the way the training can be tracked by points. 

 

The new system is easy to use and prevents over usage but encourages the users to use system on a regular basis to remain fit and healthy.

 

The points plan consists out of three steps

1. Cross as much field as points are shown on the evaluation screen

2. Strike out every day that has passed to today

3. Do only have as many crosses left on the plan as your personal maximum tells you to have

 

The personal maximum can be set by default to 5 for beginners, 7 for experienced users and 10 for professional Nt System users.

Using the app version 1.8.3 and above, we have changed the way the training can be tracked by points.

 

In the second row above the name of training program, the new app shows you the calories burned during the training (*) and the increased inactive calories (**).

 

 

(*)   The burned calories are approximated with a standard exercise in a laboratory environment.

(**) The increase of the inactive calories is the approximated sum over the next three days of training session calculated in a laboratory environment.
