Using the app version 1.8.3 and above, we have changed the way the training can be tracked by points.

In the second row above the name of training program, the new app shows you the calories burned during the training (*) and the increased inactive calories (**).

(*)   The burned calories are approximated with a standard exercise in a laboratory environment.

(**) The increase of the inactive calories is the approximated sum over the next three days of a training session calculated in a laboratory environment.
