Using the app version 1.8.3 and above, we have changed the way the training can be tracked by points. 

The new system is easy to use and prevents overuse but encourages the users to use the system on a regular basis to remain fit and healthy.

The points plan consists of three steps

1. Cross as many circles as points are shown on the evaluation screen

2. Strike out every day that has passed to today

3. Only have as many crosses left on the plan as your personal maximum tells you to have

The personal maximum can be set by default to 5 for beginners, 7 for experienced users and 10 for professional Nt System users.
